we need a Weapon that Zorro would use since they call me Zorro already in my guild

and dont call it Ragebringer pls that name never fit for a Rouge even in eq1 Id call a Zerker weapon like that but no way a Rouge weapon

and I also dont need silly 10% double attack procs that last for 10sec

Rhymez doesn't want a proc for double attack.=. base double attack % would be fine. (least thats how i read it)

What if the Epics were tied into the use of the Deity miracles or blessings? Say a proc effect was tied into casting the miracle you just bought which activates the miracle without using a charge. Or maybe used in tandem with the cloak effect and doubles the proc rate your cloak activates?

IMO its simple enough to add stats and proc effects to a weapon without using quantum mechanics, what they need is something that is clearly imaginative or blows anything else out there out of the water, but without compromising class balance. Seems to me, having the proc be affected in some way by a deity adds a divine quality to the use of that weapon and it opens up the weapon to have a multitude of effects if the user changes deities.

I would say attaching our Epics to deity would be wrong and a bad idea!

no everyone uses a deity cloak, better once are out there right now, and more will come! And once you hit 80, I doubt you will still run around with ur 70 deity cloak!

Also think about people who don't have a deity (like someone who raids avatars, and doesn't bother to rebuild his factions)

The weapons should be a "stand alone item" and at best work with our CAs and not other items!!!
