i still can only mention there is better no DA dps haste crit ca dmg proc on it , im a fan of static buffage for those stats,
i like procs only if they replenish power do dmg
id also hate a proc that increases temporary the effectiveness of our debuffs that would be the most retarted proc devs could come up with,
an increase in potence would be ok if itd work when the debuffs are already applied but thats better be an effect of the minor version and actually nothing id desire at all
well theyre in development already so i really hope devs put some thoughts into them
for the final version i expect at least a 360 dmg top end
DA crit haste/dps static , str sta int stats 300hp/power (minimum)
a dmg proc and something completley unique we havent seen so far
which totaly owns
and i wan that weapon ready no revamp in the next 3 lus because devs scrwed it up , a finished product and its better be da uber weapon we alll expect and not some shit we replace with anything a mob drops
but never expect too much from soe a lesson we all learned
