    Brigands aren't assassins guys. We shouldn't compare with them DPS wise.

    It's why sorcs are pissed cuz summoners are OP, and Beastlords are >All. Sorcs and Preds deserve to rule the parse, they bring dick else to the table. Beastlords should be under them, then Rogues/Summoners.

    Don't get me wrong I'd love to be stupid OP and be rocking like a BL. But get off the LSD and come back to reality, we are where we should be atm

    Now that I think about it, I bet 1g that the double cast of our MIT debuffs won't become a quad. It'll only triple. Think about it. The skills will double with the new PP, but when we hit Double Up we will only get the last three CA's. The new doublecasts would be like a proc, not another CA.

    Just a hunch. Drill me if wrong. But if this^ is true then yeah, they should take the >75% condition away

    Provided SOE has it working as posted, it would double the cast on the initial use and then double it again off of double up. Knowing SOE, it won't work with double up.

    I raise my bet to 1p that the second (new PP) cast of your mit debuff -will not- get Doubled Up. It's still a nice AA skill, but no way is it worth limiting us to >75%.

    Only the first run of this stuff so only observations at this point.

    The left line makes no sense. None of it fits together.

    Low blow is nice but damn are we gonna do a shit ton of damage on incoming even if double up doesn't cause them to quad only tripple. Why only at top 1/4 of health ? That needs some adjusting.
    The potency. whatever. they gave the same to all rogues it seems.
    Shennagans. This one is just stupid. Can we use it? Sure. Will we use it? Sure. 2 hate slot jump and massive hit. Seriously? Whats the idea behind this is I want to know. TO help us tank? I have to literally take a pretige ability in order to fix a broken non used ability. What the fuck? Thats a total slap in the face. Just change the original one for god sakes. Don't make us take that to fix the old one. lol
    Brute force is fine except that is attached to Strong Arm. keep going up 2 hate poistions and you might get an extra cornered!


    The right side.
    I have mixed opinions on the deceit and ruthless cunning stuff. Its some utility but just barely and surely better then nothing.
    Then a partial hate tansfer and to top it off black jack could reset it!

    Now one thing we could do, I think, is to take low blow and then the hate transfer and that creates some utility for use. A nice spike of hate to the tank at the beginning of the fight. The black jack reuse thing for mercy of anger is ok I suppose.

    We don't know the endlines yet so we cant come to any conclusions yet. The shannagans thing pisses me off though. Its just rediculous.

    It seems like the other rogues are getting yet another spike in dps and we are getting one thing and an attempt at utility that is coming up short.

    All that being said, What would WANT to see. Perhaps we can give some feedback and some of it will change based on our participation.

    +5 positions guarantees we are tanking unless you amazingly blow at Everquest II. Kill yourself if this is the case. Lucky for us we have Evasive Maneuvers and Beg for Mercy, so I dont give a damn about taking aggro. BUT I am worried about turning a raid mob that doesnt need to be turned. The examine window doesnt list a hit rate, but in the off chance it needs to be 100%. This is gonna suck as we will almost certainly have to be in front of the mob to avoid getting people face-raped. /sigh

    I was really getting excited about Strongarm, now I'm not so sure :[

    BAH I take it back. The Shenanigans AA does not apply to Strongarm---it's still just 2 hate positions.

    Gotta admit, I'm not happy that the corresponding AA's for the replaced skills do not transfer to the new abilities. Any confirmation on whether Focus effects/runes transfer their effects to other classes' abilities?

    I know Wizards Prestige changing Ice Comet to an AE attack, isn't affected by any of their AAs or Armor Foci at the moment.. Could be a bug, or just stupid design (which is more likely)
