i been thinking get the neck from shard of fear and go flock + last INT ability....it shouldnt be hard to maintain below 30% with the amount of CA's being used....expectually usefull for the ppl with no robe =(
raid wise its kinda risky...but if u time AE's and i guess use swiftness ....then again it depends on the fight and your roll
