Default ralloz zek cloak
dunno bout a truth to this yet to have my ACT up during a raid, but im hearing the rallos zek cloak procs are broke and arent working? anyone confirm this?

you can use act to parse after the fact as long as your /log was on. As far as the cloak, no idea.
