Thinking about making my bruiser my main again after some time away. Planning on raiding with her but I want to see if DPS has changed much between the two brawler classes.

Gear, CA's, etc. being equal, does one class have an advantage in raid dps since RoK release?

Dps not really, but monks do get a few new tools that make them more desired then bruiser for raid utility.

Peel + tsunami + mit buff = monk raid desirability.

Up to 90 seconds of assured aggro ftw.
