+parry gear

I'm leveling up my bruiser alt to use him and my fury to farm once they hit 80. I've always been on the lookout for +parry gear that we can wear. I see a bruiser gear list but this toon probably won't be in VP anytime soon as an alt, so I'm curious what non-raided +parry gear is out there in RoK.

Could it be true that Chardok and its instance has *all* of the non-raid obtainable +parry drops in RoK? Nothing anywhere else?

Our Relic/Legendary EOF/Fabled EOF set gear had +parry on the hands, but no longer is the case with our RoK legendary set, not sure why that is the case.

Anyone have any other links?

Chardok seems to be the way to fly... alot of those items are damn nice! I managed to snag the utility belt a while back on the broker, but have yet to do alot in chardok. Bruiser just hit 75 last night, so it won't be too much longer now.

I'm still trying to find out what the hard cap is for avoidance skills by %, IE when do you stop seeing benefit from agi and +parry/deflection/defense?
