Isnt the Anaphalyxis quest updated with the brawler wep yet?

I cant see it posted in the LU42 patch notes - i know it was mentioned earlier in the upcoming changes in the LU42, but maybe its remowed again?

It's a nice weapon and all, but 6 seconds? That seems a bit excessive to me.

Still a very nice weapon 6 secs is fair when you consider that the Supple dogwood staff is a vp drop and hits for 100 dmg less on top end. Although the SDS has a delay of 4 secs and block chance but still for a heroic item have to say its more than fair.
