Mythical Damage Reduction

Does anyone know if that 10% damage reduction is applied before mitigation adjustments or after?

Does it matter?

If you mitigate 40% of a 10k hit you take 6k damage, then 10% reduction gives you 5.4k.
If you have 10% reduction of a 10k hit you take 9k damage, then 40% mitigation drops it to 5.4k.

Thus, you take 5.4k damage no matter which way it's applied.

omg pinski your math is like a god!

now what if you have 100% damage mitigation, and the mythical, so effectively making it 110%. Now lets say an epic mob leaves it's spawning point heading towards you at 30 Miles per Hour, and your healers are only healing at 20 MPH. Which once if your dps will die first if you go AFK to make a sandwich?
