end game raid set-up?

I'm a bruiser approaching Level 80 and have soloed all the way up. Well, one time I grouped for one mob. lol

I've about 123 AA and figure I probably ought to respec so that I can effectively raid with my guild. But I really need some good ideas on what lines are important. Not having grouped, I am sorta clueless.

First things first.

Go group. A lot. Get instance gear, run every T8 Instance and then get groups together for deep Seb and Chardok every day for a couple weeks. Learn what is effective for you.

Get those full 140 AA. Gear is a strong percentage as well and if you aren't grouping you aren't getting the gear you need most. Group up finish the AA and tell us more about the set up you will have for your raids.
