Yea i am testing it in heroic fights.
There are barely enough people on beta currently to form a group let alone a raid.

I am sure it would trigger if i ran and pulled tangrin, but that wouldnt be an accurate test considering he would be completely undebuffed. But even tangrin who is the current hardest hitting mob in the expansion doesn't triggers the t8 stone skin boots all the time. He hits hard because he DOUBLE atks for a large amount. (btw the t8 stone skin boots are better then the t7 stone skin boots for tanking on tangrin mostly because his aoe triggers the proc as well). I still prefer the 30% threshhold like the zerker AA it would benefit ALL bruisers playstyles better. What i posted above originally is just the feedback i provided in beta. If anyone else sees something i should address feel free to go ahead.

Its all relative to what our "competitors" are getting really.

Are you asking because you haven't looked, or because you looked and can't make heads or tales of it?

Either way the answer is we have better AA's than monks, but our raidwide still isn't as good. Our tanking has been given Super Awesome benefits, but our DPS has only been given small boosts. Overall I think our new AA's are excellent, and with a few tweaks we might see the expansion where bruiser is king of the world.

I have not looked at what the other classes are getting tbh.

Except SK's are defineatly being thrown a bone.
