Which of these cloaks is better for a bruiser?
Present cloak:
War Mantle of Rallos Zek - EQ2i
or
Pristine Clandestine Swiftcloth Cloak - EQ2i
or should I just do the COF
but I heard its a bitch to camp
or
should I just do the Chardock collection quest belt?
I currently have 11% haste with the rallos cloak with other items.
