They should make the Bruiser and Monk RW work in conjunction with each other. So like it would say "if Monk in group/raid increase "xxx" by % " and vice versa for Monk version. Or add's a completly new affect per fighter in raid gradually getting better per fighter.

Make it like the Ill Will of Raid Buffs.... the more you have the better, and if... by chance you happen to have a bruiser, monk, zerker, guard, paladin, and SK in raid you get some bonus +100 to each stat, 50 haste, DPS, Cast speed, reuse, 10 Double Attack, 10 Spell Doubleattack, 10 CA DOubleattack, 15 Accuracy, and 1500 in combat HP regen per tick, and a 10% chance to proc 1500 damage on hostile action.

You forgot god mode.For 2 minutes you can use any ability from any outher class you are not.Just think mages can use tos and defiler wards.Bruisers/ monks can mana burn, soulward./Sarcasm off

That idea is full of win... i always though a raid of all available classes should get a bonus..

But at least if all fighter classes present the raid should get a bonus

Yes I was joking. Seriously though I'd like to see significant boosts for having 24 classes in a raid. Boosts that will compensate for the "Needed" class that you have to sit out to get the non-desirable class in.

Or then again, better class balancing coudl also try to fix this.. but I doubt classes will ever be balanced enough, which is Why perhaps bonus raid buffs should be added for having 24 diff classes.

only problem I can see for having a raid buff bonus for 24 different classes is that the bonus would have to be so full of win as to make it worth it. If there's not.. well, see Heroic Opportunities and what folks think of those.

10% raidwide spell/CA damage increase
10% beneficial spell/CA duration
10% longer debuff duration
10% faster casting/recast
10% faster ticking dots

That would be zomg uber

Just to clarify I don't want a unfair advantage but I do want to be able to play with my guildies. When times were hard and people were either pvp'ing or not logging on in early rok I was in every raid for my agi buff on tank(works wonderful with guardian aoe avoid for fighters).

Now that we have a zillion recruits the bruiser is forgotten about when we did all the content with one in the first place. God mode isn't what we need to get in raids but a fix is needed for sure. I like the comments about a raid buff for having all classes in. This means no-one gets anything alone but together we all do more. Just seems silly a toon that can respec a few different ways to parse with scouts or get over 85% avoidance can't find a regular spot after months on these encounters when player base was low.

I am not even playing right now since raiding from 8pm est to 1am+ est is not fun 5 nights a week. With my guild you want attendance you have to be outside door to zone. So if you look at it I might be lucky to raid 1 hr a night unless we line up Nexona, Druushk,Venrill and maybe Leviathan. Thats 20hrs+ a week standing outside of a zone waiting to goto the next one and hope a needed class logs off so I can take spot.
