the tier 2 shard armor are a decent upgrade, its not alot, but it's something.

Agree, there are better charms to get, but I put it on the list because:

a: its Fabled
b: We can use it
c: Some people still want a set of each Greater bane items

Just because it's fabled doesn't make it automatically a good choice. Also, if you have a low crit chance, getting charms that have some melee crit on it, be it legendary or fabled, are worth it. Or even if your avoidance is a little low, there is that legendary charm from Veksar2 that has +4 parry/defense, or the charm that has hatespike II on it, with an addition parry as well.

The whole, omg fabled comment has about as much weight as EQ2 releasing that backed up game update.

I never said it was a good choice..
Only reason I made the list was because someone asked me if I could do it for him, and I did..
Now I posted it here because some else asked for one...

I would most likely not roll on it myself, but for some this is actually worth using, even though there are far better Legendary's to get.

For weapons, you may have an easier time getting Doomcoil's baton in Protector's Realm... just wait for PUG PR raids. With our fabled epic quest having overcon heroic mobs, you'll be set for weapons until you can get your hands on VP weapons/mythical (if you don't get the TSO Ch.8 reward first).
