Default Baton's, Staffs, or FistWraps pre-mythical

So i'm contemplating my LVL 52 weapon for my bruiser, and I was thinking the BATONS with the 3.0 DELAY would likely be ideal over the STAFF for autoattack (3.0 seems like a nice number for timing the AA's) HOWEVER when I test both out it's hard to decide as the STAFF will crit / auto attack for some impressive large numbers. I'm mainly looking to do MAX DPS and PVP. I'm also assuming the fist wraps won't be so good since they attack so fast and light and this would effect the timing.

Has anyone ran a parsar on the staff vs baton vs firt wraps?

The faster the better. You'll double-attack and melee more if you have more output to trigger them. Plus, you'll add additional damage between Combat Arts.

And don't let the rating of a two-hander compared to a one-hander fool you. I just wish there was a rating conversion calculator between a two-hander and two one-handers.

Finally, try to match the delay of your one-handers. Makes a good enough difference when they're the same.

Interesting. I've been told the opposite (the higher delay the better but not too high, stick to 3.0-5.0 delay nothing below 3.0)

There seems to be a few different opinions on this. Are you suggesting I should stick with fist wraps?

The deal is simple.
1 - look at your haste. How much do you have solo/group/when shit procs
2 - compare weapons delay AND max damage.

As a bruiser you do NOT have any base haste, if you solo a lot you don't want 5 secs delay weapons cause it's too slow. If you group a lot with a class that will buff your haste (troub/Illu) you can take something like 4sec delay at lvl 52. You can reach for higher delay when you all level up and their buffs will grant you MORE haste, + you'll get a AGI MC ring to boost your haste temporary.
Max damage is simply going to boost your overall dps anytime you crit since a crit is max normal damage +1 at least. Also the higher damage you have on a weap, the more you'll gain with a dps modifier of any sort.
Lower than 2,5 delay is going to need a fuckton of haste to lower the actual value.
Using 2 weapon will allow you to put 2 adorns on it. life drain,mana drain, or riposte if it's a slashing one.
As for double attack it can proc from both hands if i'm not mistaken.

duel wielding is always better than a 2 hander with comparable weapons.

Appreciate the feedback everyone. Sounds like dual baton's with gleaming strike is the best for a bruiser overall 40's-50's in terms of DPS in both group and solo (maybe even pre 40)

Does anybody carry around a staff for when grouped with a troub/ill? Could work out well if you can get your haste down close to 4.0 from 5.0... it sure does hit hard at lvl 52.

I was told by Trumak a long time ago that the avatar RoK Bo was quite nice with capped haste/DA but it's going to be hard to get it now ! Troub will only pimp up your haste when the Illy will give you DA(illusory arm AA) and haste. But if you can get a dirge to put Battle cry on you...flurry on a phat 2h might give some funny shit.
Btw i mentioned the troub in the previous post but in all good faith i never group with any of them, i likee the dirges more ^^
