Confirmed.
I got shocked when I realized the bug by analysing my ACT-stats myself after having serious aggro-problems thoughout VP.

Well, so I'm not the only one. Hope it will be fixed soon.

This is GM Dhubeus responding to your petition. I see that you are experiencing an issue with the effects from your mythical weapon. I can definitely understand the frustration in a mythical/epic not proc'ing like it should,

We have alerted our QA department to the possibility of your weapon being bugged, but if you would like to further aid us in getting it fixed I also recommend posting to our official forums which you can find here:

Our developers are on these forums constantly looking for ways that they can improve the game from the perspective of the players. In fact, the best way to get something like this to be changed is to start a discussion there, and get as many players as you can to participate in it. The more important the player base has a whole makes an issue is only going to help that thing be changed sooner. Though, myths not proccing is a serious issue so you aren't going to have to rally your friends for this fix, but for future issues that may not be a bug but more of a suggestion, this is the best way to go

Hope they'll fix it very soon. Tanking without the proc is a bit difficult with my gear.
Does Soe fix such a bug quick or is the proc lost for weeks or even months?

I think this problem is not limited to the mythical but the epic as well. It would explain why aggro and dps appears to be slightly lower since the release. So lossing 7 crit, proc damage and threat... good to know I was imagining it.

And why is it that Mend always gets screwed up? I don't know how many times it has occured, but I think they would have learned by now to atleast check it hehe.

I think they screwed up with the basics of item procs, but the epic/mythicals got the worst of it.

Its every item that has the same wording as the proc on our mythical, warden epic, healer rolling pin from guk. Supposedly it will be fixed in tuesday's patch.
