Bruising Chi

Casting time. Instant
Reuse. 3 min
Duration. 12 seconds
Cost. 250 power

Increases all combat art execution (casting) times by 50%.

All combat arts have a 25% chance to repeat after a successful attack.

I would like to ADD that this is exactly the type of TEAMWORK CA bruisers need at this disposal to get noticed by other group members. For example, in voice chat you say "Incoming LOW BLOW" and the wizard knows to casts ice comet, assassin gets in position, etc, and they notice the mob drops FASTER and their moves hit HARD.

"Whow, grouping with the bruiser was fun and I did more damage. I like bruisers!"

Fun factor would be there, bruisers would get noticed, DPS would be better, hey can't a bruiser dream?

This idea is awesome. Something that can be /shout in the fight like "Dispatched" "Swiped" whatever so the raid knows that the Bruiser is providing a viable, at least to them, attack. There are a few that care about Bruising cry with it's 5% to this, 16% to that, -5% to this etc even when the effect of this buff is noticable in the zonewide but when you start seeing something come through that is going to affect the next few seconds of the fight you take notice.

I've proved I can dps with the Monk, now give me something that the raid can really appreciate.

Yeh. I wanna see a decent CA that will give the Bruiser an advantage on burn fights. Would be awesome to see the bruiser spike up and top the parse every now and then, which is why I like the whole 20 sec buff idea so much.

Alternatively, you could have a normal CA, such as the mitigation reduction idea, but it reminds me too much of a brigand and I want a CA thats going to make a good deal of difference to our parses.

Problem is with a brigand he don't have dispatch up all the time. If we had a strong debuff it could bridge the gap during the brig's downtime.

I still like the raidwide temp of all spells/ca are .5 sec cast and 1 second recast for 3 second duration. Realisticly I think you would only see your assasins get 2 decaps, So i think it woudl just give everyone 1 extra big spell.

Group/Raidwide
Casting Time: Instant
Recast: 3 min
Duration: 20 seconds

Effect: Increases all attributes of bruising cry by 100% for a short duration.

So makes Bruising Cry go to:

Plus 138 STR
Base CA Damage increased by 10%
Increases Base Taunt amount by 32%
Increases CA and Spell Accuracy by 10%
Hate gain for non-fighter classes reduced by 10%

Exploding headbutt:
bruiser headbutts target, which dazes the mob for 2 seconds Then the bruiser has 3 seconds to cast drag if the mob (epic) is at 10%. Which, will cause the target to explode into a horrible fireball and drop uber lewtz...5 min recast

Exploding headbutt? So does my head explode if I cast that? I could see alot of problems with a CA like that!
