-Deals damage to enemies at the rate of 3 points of magic damage per point of power consumed.

Eye for an Eye
I'd like to see a CA similar to the old desy fist. Except it can one shot non-standard mobs. But with the cost of 99% max health or even death. That would be righteous!

yeah man thats what I was thinking. Of course it would be ineffective against epic mobs, but man wouldn't it just rock!?!?!

Eye for an Eye
Effect : Deals 100% hit point damage to target, being standard or higher killing them instantly. Should the dreadnaught successfully connect with the Eye for an Eye attack, the caster instantly suffers 99.9% of health, and is stunned for 20 seconds.

Of course it would have to be a super stun. I mean one in which you couldn't even heal the bruiser or anything. Of course its a dangerous ability to take out a non-standard mob with one stroke, but if the penalty was severe enough, you could always find a place for such a vicious ability! hehe

But that would rock! Or some kind of self haste buff similar, but not equal, to the monk's. Haste is what separates the best from the rest, and without gear the bruiser definitely lacks in the haste department.

This idea was originally one I had for a monk spell, but the monk board doesn't have a create-a-CA thread so we can pretend it's for a bruiser.

Focal Meditation
Target: Group Friend
Casting .5 seconds
Recast 1 Second
Duration: Until Cancelled

Effect:

• Increases Proc Chance of Caster by 3%
• When caster successfully procs a spell, has a 5% chance to apply Focused Repetition on Target
  • Target has a 25% chance to proc any of the Bruiser's currently maintained proc spells for 10 seconds.

So, in case that's not worded clearly (and it probably isn't), when the bruiser procs any spell, it can give the target a temporary chance to proc any of the bruiser's procs, anything from Blades of Ro to Smoldering Fists to Insomniatic Rage.

(This is a bit more refined from my original idea, which was a groupwide base 10% chance to proc all of the brawler's proc spells. I thought that was way too OP)

Duration: 10 seconds

The Bruiser builds rage for the next 10 seconds, unleashing it at the last second in a deadly strike that would knock out even the most powerful foes.

Effects:

• Applies Fist of the Heavens on termination
  • Inflicts focus damage to target equal to 100% of casters maximum health
  • Must be in front of target
• Must be in combat
