I'm just curious what others' opinions/experiences have been as to what a proc is worth compared to raw melee stats now. Obviously it depends on the proc and the stats being compared as well as group makeup.

Say something like a cloak with undead bane vs. a cloak with +3 MC; how high of a priority should these basic procs take?

really depends on where you are crit wise, but if you have to ask between those two, probably the crit for you
