it's not a haste problem. If you use Profit, you can see the autoattack bar. It gets "stuck" alot with lower level weapons. Look at it this way...

HIT.........HIT........HIT........................ .....................................HIT.........H IT........

See? it hangs. (And yes this is even when I hit no CAs and am within range.), it's just something about higher delay, low level weapons and their inconsitency.

I"m lvl 62 now and don't really see this as much anymore.

Check ACT, pretty sure it was established that the bug is with SOE's data not updating the bar on a miss.

Edit: Playing right now, I also notice it seems to hang when a CA is cast too close that doesn't delay it. It's like the bar is easily confused but I haven't seen that complaint near as much as the missing.

This shit happens to me on my ranger, obviously the bow is a pretty high delay as you said. Theres a post about how people think the bloodthirsty choker makes it worse too, in the ACT forum. All I know its annoying as fuck and wish it could be fixed.

Well on a ranger, I know that can happen if you Mix Delays, IE you ranged attack, and melee attack, it can make your melee use the longer delay. I don't know the specifics, but I know I've seen it when mixing 2.5 mythical with a 5.5 Off-hand. Something about the game not liking the fact that you have 2 different delays, amongst autoattacks being used.
