Jin rest..
That should give you the best overall stats for both in 1 armor set
The above quote is good.
Although i still like the complete jin set. Every since they nerfed base spell damage from effecting procs the WW set lost alot of its Dps potential. It really depends on how much you want to tank and how many shards you have access too. If shards are not an issue go for 3/4 on ww/jin sets. If not just get the Jin set since as people said riposte % is huge for bruisers.

Worth noting though is the WW shoulders as well as the 3 set bonus affecting base spell damage increases the damage on these abilities:

Blaze Kick (dot portion only)
Crane Twirl
Engulf proc from combo/offensive stances
Knockout Combination
Lightning Fists
Manhandle
Mantis Bolt

With the exception of Knockout Combination, all of these crit based on spell crit rate still as well.

For that reason you may wish to mix and match the set to wear chest, shoulders and helm since they generally come later in progression meaning you are more likely to obtain (or less expensively purchase) raid drops for the other slots while still maintaining the set bonus. The heal proc from the chest slot can sometimes be worthwhile as well.

I keep a full set of the T3 Brawler set and T3 shoulders, legs, and boots of the Brawler/Druid set. Then I play dress-up with the T4 pieces to mix and match depending on scenarios. Pretty useful for when I tank Zarrakon in a raid. When I say "in a raid", I mean "by myself", and when I say "tank", I mean "try to live for longer than 30 seconds".
