It's part of the Fallen Dynasty Timeline in The Village of Shin. The Ring of the Four Winds is an item that can be obtained after receiving access to the fourth floor and completing the final quest. It grants +15 to each stat, and a 5% reduction in reuse speed for all spells and combat arts.

Between this ring and the shard mount Chi will come back up about 35 seconds faster amirite?

I’m 50% through level 71 and started to look on the broker for new upgrades. I see the mastercrafted has +1 MC on each piece. Which is good because only my old grey cloak has any +MC. But I also noticed some treasured items with lesser stats that had +2 MC. Is the one more MC worth it? The item I’m looking at is Sweat-soaked Headband http://www.lootdb.com/eq2/item/1524745546 ,this link doesn’t show it but the one on the broker did, verses the T8 mastercrafted.

Anyone have a suggestion on this? Is one more +MC worth losing stats over? Also when it comes to the lambent and sanguine procs how much value do they carry when considering an item with more +MC?
