Yeah it's Manhandle. On PvP servers this CA has an extra effect, 'Annoy', which procs with Rough-housing. It lasts 3 seconds and 'forces target to change their selected target to caster' and 'prevents target from changing target'.
So this effect won't proc on PvE? Bah.
Though I really wish it would state the Annoy proc in the effect. I might've brought cure pots if I knew he was gonna force my target and not let me cast Cure on myself. >_>
This is half the shit about taunts in pvp actually. The other half if that if you get taunted, then detaunted, you will end up w/o target and unable to pick one until the taunt wears off. Rescue + FD = teh win, almost like amnesia from coercer.

So were you dueling this Bruiser on Everfrost or the test server? I wasn't able to get Annoy to proc with Manhandle in duels on Lucan D'Lere.
Oh, I was just going by his profile that says "Server: Everfrost" and his signature that says "of Everfrost". I thought the only PvP servers were Venekor & Nagafen (soon to combine) and Vox as well as the test server (currently). Did I miss that he was dueling this Bruiser on PvP?
Daekan is 100% right - this duel was conducted on the Everfrost server. s3id0n, LFG played on a PvP server and look where that got him - former meth addict, born-again Christian, and psycho-stalker ex-girlfriend. =)
