Annoy?

Hey all, I was recently dueling a Bruiser and notice that some of his attacks would proc something called "Annoy," which is a force target for a few seconds. I asked him where the proc was coming from afterwards, but he said he didn't know. I didn't see anything in his gear, could someone tell me where this awesome proc comes from? Thanks. =)

Taunt proc most likely. Would have to check...but if its like the mechanic on PvP then taunts would lock you for a few seconds.

edited to clarify: brawlers get a buff that procs a taunt on successfull melee attack.

obviously sound slike a taunt proc, but I can't remember what it's from.

We tried dueling some more and it appeared to proc'd only off of melee autoattack - it wouldn't proc off of combat arts. Any more ideas?

Yeah it's Manhandle. On PvP servers this CA has an extra effect, 'Annoy', which procs with Rough-housing. It lasts 3 seconds and 'forces target to change their selected target to caster' and 'prevents target from changing target'.

Sweet, how long is the target lock? I need to put an ACT trigger on it and FD when I hear it fire.

Edit: lol I need to learn to read good. You already said it's for 3 seconds. Awesome - long enough to distract them, I guess.

I adjust it. I don't have much to add in terms of information but I can at least make damn sure my font looks presentable.
