I have not been able to log on test server and see these new changes.
with the new racial traditions, which race is going to be the best for a bruiser?

I don't think the bruisers preferred race has changed.

Ogre is still probably the best overall race... but there are alot of benefits to much more races now.

I logged into my Kerra on test and noticed how he gained Base HP%, Mitigation, and Tracking. Ogre is one of the races that also has 2% deflection chance, as opposed to only 1%.. and Ogre has the badass Stun Immunity, which in my opinion, makes it best for every class.

* Immune to Fear, Casting 1s recast 5min, Duration 20s
* Increases duration of tradeskill food by 25%

Im gonna try Troll and farm Chokers from Terror. With Close mind and racial immune any bruiser will be able solo Terror now.

Probably just going to give you the ability to respec your current racial traits, but as for giving you a free choice to change your race... nah. That would make them lose money.

I am not sure if it changed but this ability does not break fear effects. In other words you can not cast it while feared which makes it suck a lot more then it should.
