And the lazy way works, All Velious loot including undiscovered loot is now viewable by clicking the Zam.com links on the first post.

Looking through the zam list it seems like the vast majority of decent armour slot items (light armour) comes from raids. Ry'gorr looks like the best available. Is there any armour better than ry'gorr available to a non raider? Most of the stuff I've seen drop is trash.
Plenty of good jewelery though.

Take Sentinels Fate for example, there were rare drop good armour pieces from the end bosses of most of the instances like from El'Arad, Queen Gwarthlea, the Vigilant end bosses etc.
In DoV every fabled I've seen drop was jewelery/charm/belt.
Is Ry'gorr the best armour available until raids?
