block chance 75% block % 50 amirite?

You are a kerra and I can assume of a follower of Crabbok by the context of your question. Which is nouwrong? Block chance caps at 179% for brawlers which is 70% uncontested block. Something like 239 or 249% for plate tanks.

What would be considered a "good" HM Raid number to Aim for?

I think I am nearing 60% uncontested. At work so no access.

Seem to have a really nice Avoidance rate now, and when I add Shrug Off to help in a raid, I generally avoid more hits for tanks than they do themselves.

If you use temps you can stop ANY attack from hitting you. Therefore your awesomeness has no cap.

if u aren't MT put all the adorns on crit bonus use offensive stance and burn!
but as MT bruiser can tank every killable mob without cap of aviodance or block with mystic and inquisitor in party
