    Default Stat priority Coe

Returning after 2 years. I'm curious what stat priority is these days, what number to hit for each, seems crit MIT is gone? I've been told bruisers can now fill a dps slot in group or on raids due to recklessness?

Any other info for a returning player would be much appreciated, thanks all

get like 400 crit or something first, stay at 600 MA, have around 150 dps/haste, 70ish stk, and 30ish accuracy. be able to cap cast speed. have 100% ae auto or spec flock. once you have all that get as much str as possible, and obviously stack CB and pot as much as possible.

Thanks for the reply. How about block chance and mitigation %, hate gain, etc?

i'm bored so here's a small write up on defense stats if you're interested in having a set of tanking gear or tanking stuff:

defense/parry isn't totally useless now that it becomes uncontested avoidance over skill cap.

block chance is not raw block chance it just modifies your base block chance. ie. if your have base block/deflection chance(uncontested) is 27% (stance+myth) and you have 100% block chance then you have 54% block chance not 127% block chance like it was back in rok. the cap on block is 70% on con mobs and 80% on grey mobs meaning around 160% block chance you're capped.

+ mit% adorns are ok imo but again they also got nerfed and are no longer raw mitigation like before and instead just modify the value by a small percentage.

if you're going to be tanking then HP is good get as much stamina as you can since that transforms into hit points now.

ire proc makes tanking heroic zones or anything that does not need to be tanked by two people faceroll easy so it's not a bad idea to keep one or two items in your bags.

Block cap is 70 uncontested block. Regular block converts to uncontested at.... I dont have the conversion rate. Somewhere around 170 block chance puts you at ~70 uncontested.

The amount of defense and parry conversion is so minimal that there is no reason to adorn for it. If anything, as a Bruiser, you would adorn for Parry so that your chance to Riposte is higher, i.e. Bodyguard of Stone proc'ing more. But, thats only going to the extreme of tanking, not really needed in 99.9% of situations.

And Ire procs are ok. Not huge and/or great, but ok. I would say if you are casually grouping and generally lower on the gear scale than most of the people you group with, then yea, it's good enough. If you are equal or greater gear than those you are grouping with, a crit bonus proc would be awesome, or something that increases dps.

And I didn't even yell at you this time there sweet cheeks.
