Act starts up and works ... However what does not work are Triggers im not getting TTS replies, the expressions are correct they are the same ones was using before the upgrade and I know they work.

Have you tried pressing the play button to preview the TTS or change any of the settings in the General Sound Options tab?

Yes just tried it and I DO get TTS sound clip

when the upgrade was done it listed changed files and amoung those were the triggers xml file along with timmers xml also and a few others.
