Icon12 CSR's are not all bad

After some of the questionable CSR experiences I thought I would post up a postitive one I had.

Last night we had a group running thru Unrest. We got to last Named killed him & the Cloak of Unrest dropped along with the Set chest piece for Brig. Like an idiot I did not pay attention to what I was clicking yes to when the pop up asked for confirmation when rolling for a No Trade item. I won the roll on the Brig piece when I intended to decline for the brig in our group and roll on the Cloak. I felt like a complete ass. I petitioned it last night thinking that I would get the standard "Sorry but we cannot help yada yada yada". Instead I got this response today :

I truly understand your concern in this matter. A no-trade item is an item which cannot be dropped or traded. If we transfer a no-trade item, we would be going against the mechanics of the game. In the long term this can affect the nature and balance of the game.
According to our reimbursement policy, category 10 clause (10.1) "Customer Service Staff will not transfer any “No Trade” or “Attuned” coin, item, ability or experience between characters".

I discussed the issue and come to conclusion that we can transfer a no-trade item 'McCabe's Double-Dealing Vest' to character 'xxxxx' as an exception to our reimbursement policy.
It is my pleasure to inform you that I removed 'McCabe's Double-Dealing Vest' from your inventory and reimbursed it to character 'xxxxx' on your request. Please ask your group member 'xxxxxx' to check his inventory/overflow section to confirm the reimbursement.
In the future, Customer Service might not be able to assist you with the reimbursement of this nature again. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.

They need to migrate web 2.0 into customer service.

I want to digg/bury my CSRs please. And lets make their pay reflect their score.

Pretty sure thats a benefit to SOE and the consumer!

That was pretty cool they did that.

I had accidentally sold my grizzelfazzle (before buy back was implemented) and requested it back. I think your tone has alot to do with petitions. I told them in the petition that I was a complete idiot, and quite possibly drunk when I sold it. I got it back!

i had a 3 day session with 4 or 5 cs reps that ended well, just a few days ago. i'd tell you about it, but it just makes me look retarded, so that's all the info you get. oh except it started with a missing adornment and ended with some retard getting a vendored weapon back.

they do a passable to awesome job if you use clear, concise language, be polite, all the shit your assorted moms learned you but you forget to use because it's fashionable to shit on customer service people.

yeah i used 'learned' for humor, fuck you.

I only shit on chandrok, and that's because he's a douche. Other than him, I've never really had a poor experience with anyone. But then again I don't submit many petitions.

I while back on PVP I /petitioned some botter warping around Ant, the GM sent me a tell asked for more info...blah blah blah. Long story short the next day I logged in PVP and my guild name was changed from < I Teabag> to <I Drink Tea>.....talk about lame

Tomorrow SOE will realize their servers have been hacked, and your guild name has been changed from <I Drink Tea> to <I Drown Bad CSRs in Tea>
