*official* Middle Aged Warriors Recruiting
Middle Aged Warriors (MAW) is a guild made up of more mature
people who like to raid. We strive to be the best we can be, while at
the same time, making sure that everyone has a good time.
We raid from 3-4 nights a week, 7 to 11 EST, and help each other
out questing & grouping. Our looting is DKP based, we use Ventrillo and
because of our moremature manner, we ask that no one under 18
apply to our guild.
Negativity and drama are not allowed -- we want our members to be as
open as possible with each other and the officers, and we encourage
feedback as often as possible. We only ask that if you don't like
something, please give us a positive suggestion as how it can be
better.

Leader: Dexx
DKP/Treasury (Officers): Kittenn
Raid Tactician/Main Tank (Officers): Aleee
Recruiter: Spahnlie
Senior Raider: 75% + Attendence (30 days)
Raider: 50%+ Attendence (30 days)
Recruit: 2 Weeks, maintain 75% during this time
Non Raider: In the guild, but non raiders
Alts: Our Alts
30 day attendence: Members are evaluated every 30 days from their
join dates. If you do not meet the specificed criteria for the above, you
will be demoted. If a Raider does not meet the 50%+ criteria, they will
be demoted to Non Raider status. If a non raider wishes to become a
raider or senior raider, they must maintain above attendence
requirements for a 30 day period.
Once you fill out an applicaiton an officer will be in touch with you in
game. If we need your class, you will be invited to participate in 2 raids
with us. If everything goes well, you will be tagged as a "recruit" for 2
weeks, during which time you must maintain 75% raid attendence.
After that time, you will be voted on and evaluated by our members
and promoted to raider. After 30 days, if you maintain 75% +
attendence, you will be promoted to Senior Raider.
