Nah, the idea is, I move the worst and shittiest threads here, ones where the poster is clearly lazy or retarded, and then people chime in as if they were judges giving negative ratings on American Idol or something.

This is nothing but a spam thread, which has sometimes found itself overflowing into other threads on the Unrest board. This is unfortunate, because the Unrest server is serious business and spam threads of cute cuddly animals just don't belong in the gritty, hardcore world of Unrest. Also, many of the "cute" pictures I would consider to be acts of cruelty to animals.
