Fuck why are you saying someone is retarded for buying a master for 1 p. Maybe its a guardian that already had all his other masters yet wanted to collect on this one. Tarik is a lvl 80 guardian on your server that could already be fully t8 mastered out. Maybe he wanted it for another guardian twink he wants to run around on noob isle.

Swing (Master I) is a level 1 guardian master. I can't imagine on a non-PVP server needing T1 fabled adornments, or T1 masters. Even on PvP i'd probably question it just due to the way stuff works in T1.

Laying down 1pp for it is just completely wasteful. I'm guessing it was an accident.
