As desperate as SOE seems to get people to play LON, it really wouldn't suprise me to find out they are intentionally ignoring their own EULA.

Something just isnt right with that EULA. They allow selling through their official forums. Take a look yourself.

I had given Lizarding permission to post his EBAY auction for LON loot cards based on my assumption that would not violate the SOE's EULA.

I assumed that LON loot cards were ok to sell for money because people pay money to buy them from SOE.

But based on the clause that Gori posted, it seems clear to me now that I was wrong - that the EULA does expressly forbid such auctions.

Therefore, I'm going to apologize to Lizarding and SOE for granting permission to post the auction link here, which I'm now deleting on this site.

Live and learn.

Ok lizardling since you seem very worried about this. I will not tell ebay if you do these demands.

1. /last name balbasur'pwndme if that dosn't work /last name balbasur'winz or wimz

2. You will then post a screenshot of it in this thread.

2. Then you must apologize to the people of soe for taking money that would have been used to buy packs.

3. Then you will write a 5 paragraph essay to your server on why your guild exploit's and the affect it has on your server and the Everquest 2 community as a whole.

4. Then you will write a 5 paragraph essay that will be written and signed in ink. To me saying how anyou are sorry for doing something that is against the eula and most importantly how hard I own you.

5. Then you will post picture's of your LON so we have proof you never did this terrible deed ever again.

Only if these demands are met will I not tell ebay about your crimes!
