so they are dropping off of solo/heroic mobs or raid mobs and any news on what zones they are dropping more frequently in

Anyone want to show screenies? I saw one pic from some fan site few days ago and they looked like they had huge awkward armor hoods over their heads... any screenies from other angles? (ps, if anyone does this.. please host it somewhere work won't block! (no game sites))
