tbh just about any other decent robe is better...

Malign Mantle vs Ragged Felt Cloak...

From my calc based on Revel's formulas (x crit = x dps, etc) the Ragged Felt Cloak has more dps than the Mantle. Since the Mantle is higher up on the list, does it have more dps? (meaning my calcs are wrong) Or is it more desirable because of the healing? I'm just trying to decide what to spend my dkp on. The Mantle hasn't dropped for us yet, but my guess is that it will cost a bit more dkp. Is there a clear winner here? Thanks for any input.

Fights don't last long enough to make the small reuse that important. For fights when the mantle is up, it's much stronger, as it does like 400-dps(that being those fights when it is up and used and for trash fights), thus making it much better. For longer fights, it starts to become trickie and then the Ragged Felt Cloak can be better, but since most fights really aren't that long, it mostly depends on the fight.

It's pretty much what Pinski said. There's some underlying calculations/explanations that I skip, one is that spell damage for most people is already really high, making the spell damage very small to both, thus I use the lower spell damage amount for its worth. The actual damage of the Mantle in comparison to the Ragged's buff wins too, because I generally use the middle or sometimes the lower amount for reuse, not the "high" amount that most people tend to use.
