Still, we had WoCP from an even easier named in T7, which ended up being better than Soulfire or any other raid drop, shy of maybe Staff of Light, and people who could get Staff of Light would probably have the Mayong orb as well, which doesn't stack with WoCP.

is the cap on Reuse 100%?

Cap on reuse is 50%. I expect to see a change in how the numbers work with the expansion, however.

Ok cool. I ask because I raided SoH with my guild last weekend (we've just cleared sisters and T1). I'm in decent instance gear (spent a lot of time focusing on gear that was good for PvP) and have 2 masters. There was a Coercer there with much better gear than me (all the best instance gear and a few raid stuff, choker etc) and he had nearly all his T8 masters.

They decided to put him in the mage dps group, and constantly feed him both Jcap and RoA. I thought this was fairly stupid, seeing as that must surely put him way over the cap.

Not really tbh, if he got Roa and then jcap and so on it's ok. it would be only over the cap when he got Jcap and roa at the same time.

100% Reuse, but it cuts things in half.

I'm gonna test that tomorrow... because J-cap and Rit don't do much for me at all @ 32% base hostile reuse, so I'm pretty sure Revel is correct in this instance.

Will get a bard and test it tomorrow with my Shaman and him. see if anything past 50% does make a difference and I'm just not noticing. (Which is possible because I rarely ever get Jcap or Ritual. *cries a little*)

Well, I know you can half the reuse time of spells. 50% reduces the recast by a third (eg Predator STR end line, changes execute from 15 mins to 10 mins), which led me to believe perhaps 100% in the cap. It would still be diminishing returns though.

100% faster reuse .. maybe, but 50% min time cap.

If you change a spell with aa from 15min to 10min the reuse cap is still 7.5min 50% of the original time. Like channel/channeling does
