I'm begining to believe that putting hard caps that low in the game are pretty annoying... If I can get my Channeling to 7min 30sec (which I can) by myself with out procs, that's just to damn low and they either need to fix the AA so AA doesn't effect the hard cap, or just raise the hard cap to someething more so I don't feel as worthless when I get Jcapped or Rit.

So! I've been wondering whether I should bother spending time doing Veksar for the mask. My spell damage is currently the thing I'm 'best' at, with +850. I'm currently running Gassy + PG. Trying to think whether Gassy + PG is better or worse than Gassy + Muddy (I know you said the combo is better than PG + MC orb). If it helps my Reuse is shit low (About 8%).

If you are already at 850 I don't think the veksar item will do much for you other than the +3 crit.

The 6 reuse that the gassy+muddy offer you far outshine the extra 2 crit the PG + mask offer in my opinion.

I'm pretty sure now that they fixed wicked wand stacking issues the cloak of unrest is your best bet for cloaks. I suppose it depends on your current reuse, but I've seen my parse jump a few hundred points swapping out the RE2 cloak for the cloak of unrest. I used to be high 7k's for the zw on a typical PR run and broke 8200 with ease by swapping cloaks last run.

yay after release next week pls update this list with the new stuff and order it in the existing ranking. its the same tier. another list would be not so nice.. everytime switching between them for comparing would make me sick ;)
