I think that's just an oversight, as it's plainly not even as good as emerald council.

Well, 3 crit, 35 spell damage, 3 reuse versus 3 crit/4 reuse, or 3 crit/65 spell damage/clicky buff.

Basically the cloaks are all situational and the first 3 could flip any way in the rankings. Many other items are like that, i.e. Tormented Bracelet of Doom vs. Will-bender, an easy one to see where one is better for one person compared to another.

When they're all averaged out, for most people the RE cloak is the best. For me personally, VS cloak is the best. It all depends.

My crit still above 90 self buffed and plenty of spell damage nerf on \aITEM 1386293886 53803786 -1624596920:[Hood of Dark Dealings]\/a kinda sucks but it still avearages 200dps for me.

Ah, thanks for reminding me. Been getting a few tells here and there bout the scepter's value, basically it's a tiny bit under the mastercrafted orbs as a single for dps but has a tiny bit of utility so it's useful, arguably. If you're lucky enough to pair it with the Eye you get a combination that's as good as a Praetor's Guard plus mastercrafted orb in dps with more utility, depending on your spell damage.

As for adorns though, I'd still go for the spell damage adorns, but I almost never have problems with mez (cept ironically within Runnyeye itself.. stupid last ghost group, I have to actually screw around with my gear if the group can't handle the damage).

Just wondering, do hate increase procs from items (ie. Wicked Wand of Malice, 1200 hate per hostile spell) get transferred to the tank through Enraging Demeanor?

yeap they do ... but you will get a shitload of aggro, in most groups the tank cant hold the aggro vs me .. just to much aggro. wicked wand is definitly a raid item that has to be turned off sometimes

But yeah, most tanks out there can't hold aggro off me in a group if I have that proc up, even while I transfer to them. In raids it's not a problem for 95% of fights.

what you guys think of the runnyey collection quest charm slot item? i got death chimes, never had wicked wand drop yet, (lost dkp to byzola ring today btw )

prolly cost me 100 plat to get all teh items tho wondering if the xtra 400 proc is beter than marcus coin / wishbone?>
