guildie of mine got it for 50g on the broker, its just one of those things you gotta keep an eye out for and it'll pop up... lotsa ppl dont know its worth, can get lucky and get it for nothing...

I actually got mine for free from a guildmate of mine at the time who got it while passing through LFay. She killed a named (don't recall which) and it dropped for her, and she was kind enough to give to me. So if any are looking for it, try LFay or another zone of equal level.
