Anyone find a link to the second version of the epic yet? I think the first is honestly garbage and wouldn't give it up for my current primary item. Wanted to see if it will even be worth my time.

It has nothing to help with DPS besides some +crit yet wand of plasma is better than that, and its has 0 sub

Coersion wize shimmering wand of glass is better ( yeah a t7 wand )
DPS wise Crystilized plasma wand is better ( yeah a T7 wand )

In short, SOE strikes again
