Was unable to charm "a vile stoneleer" in JW tonight. Have they added new mobs to the "can not charm list"?

i believe those are uncharmable because they are immune to stun...never tested it.

That's the only non-"special" mob i've found in RoK that is not charmable. A few varieties of the cocktatrice is immune to mez as well.

Why would you want to charm them anyhow? Get a spellbinder or skyfire drake.

Being "un-stunnable" doesn't affect charm. The huge droags in HoF are charmable, but immune to most other control spells.

BTW, don't charm those...as soon as it breaks you are dead since the 3 second mez doesn't work.

Heh, I know the feeling. Been in the same position myself. Trying to call out, get a mob, charm it instead of kill it. Repeat call.

That's pretty funny, that's exactly what I was doing. It just surprised me when I tried to charm, thinking just plain local trash, and ouch, not charmable. That's kind of why I started this, are there more local "trash" mobs that can't be charmed. Was the first time I had run into that before.

Yeah, I call mobs who attack me "Volunteers" hehe.

I was also shocked to find I couldn't charm them either, as I'd been doing that before the latest update.

No big, there's still plenty of mobs to charm in that zone, just not as convenient. On the plus side, has anyone else seen that we can stifle the mob in Vaults now that has that power drain at 66%?
