Agi spec now less usefull?

Game Update #43: Tuesday March 4th, 2008 Epic mobs in Kunark will now have increased wisdom and resists. To compensate for the increased resist rate a number of debuffs have had their chance to be resisted lowered.

=> lowered hit rate for spell now too?
So Agi spec is now less usefull then before coz you get a miss here and there?

i had no problems last night

did notice some resist where there was none before

Resists are all at the start, so once you and your raid get a few magic mitigation debuffs off, you can keep perpetuality up without problems.

The only thing i saw a bit is that porc item's seem to resis sometimes.
