Any Chance for Redemption Left?
After the 20 pounds of straw added to the camels back last patch, is there any chance for this game? Both of my accounts just expired after canceling my automatic renewal and now I have to come over here to bitch. Both of my accounts were banned at eq2gayobsidianloveforum.com anyways. The Devs have shown a continuing level of ineptness for years. Why don't they leave the parallel development of 24 classes to top tier companies like Blizzard? Why do we, as players, have to scream every time their highly-paid asses fuck up? Why am (err was) I paying to play a game where I am required to scream louder than the other more populated classes and pray that someone notices. If they want to pay me to be a developer then hire me. I can join the other 15 people on the wizard/necro/ranger development team.
Maybe they should start hiring college grads instead of truck driver academy flunkies. These people have no idea how to develop classes in MMORPGs. WTF is the deal with Coercer? WTF is the deal with there NEVER not once NEVER ever being a majority of content people, especially in retarded defunct classes like Coercer? Why can't they just pony up and say "uhh, we fucked up and because Blizzard has 99% of the market we can't afford to hire high quality people, beta testers, or manage 24 classes concurrently and we are going to cut the classes in half and see where that gets us." Instead they are going to live the big lie until all the people like myself that were willing to play the difficult classes like Coercer along with owning another 2box account, quit for something better. Anyways, I have been ranting every few days since LU42 came out and now since I haven't played in a month and my accounts are canceled I hope to hit the boards more often. Have a nice fucking day.
I got an analogy for the EQ2 Coercer community.
GE comes out with a blender that sucks balls because they hired inexperienced Engineers to design it. When you buy the blender from WalMart and take it home, it works for a couple weeks and then you realize it is broken. No one wants to come over to your house for Margarita night. Anyways, you call up GE, a Fortune 500 company with paid engineers, etc etc and they say "we are sorry but you should go to websitexforum.com and post your suggestions on how we, as paid engineers, should fix that blender. Also, even if you, our valuable paying customer submit quality feedback, you will have to be patient because we have 24 kitchen appliances to work on and because our rival Sunbeam is taking all of our market share, we don't have quite enough people to fix YOUR blender. But you can count on getting your awesome epic! Everyone is so happy about it! The next patch will be even better and then better until we are handing out BJs and gold with every patch! Anyways, on behalf of GE have a nice day.
