Default Chelsith: Bugged Chest from Named?

Was wondering if we can get a confirmation that the chest are dropping for you guys normally when you solo the named. I soloed the 7 named just fine on wednesday got chest to drop on all. Just zoned in this morning - was working my way with the defeater and enthraller - both heard chest drops but no where to be found. Anyone else with this issue or am i paranoid thinking that sony put some kind of BS mechanic in that dont drop heroic chests if you solo or something.

I got chests of all the named normally (they popped on me) while solo. In fact somewhat recently they put in even more fixes to stop chests from getting stuck under world/in walls, but it's pretty obvious it's still not a complete solution since I've seen chests get stuck in ceilings or on ledges that are unreachable.

sectary(wizard)
feeder(warlock)
(these pets make it easy mode but you dont need them to burn the mob down if you have good power management with a melee pet.)
would have slapped certain phs in there but now all named are up.

Named that i solo are:
5 fish named
blue baron
mucus

there's a ledge around chelsith that you can use to roam around with no aggro will have to clear mobs on ramps leading to named. Few other ways to do it however that should be a good start for you ;0

I've had some mobs get stuck under the ground in this zone. It's horrible when it happens to your pet when it breaks early and you can't target it because he's stuck under the floor. You can target it once he starts beating your face in, but by then it's too late..lol.

The Mucus is also bad about this. Whoever designed this area needs to go back to game development school. Because it starts off in a pool, when (or if) it actually comes out of there at you, it warps through the floor and gets stuck there frequently. Sometimes your client's view and where the mob actually is is completely off sync. I've stood on top of the mezzed Mucus and had it tell me it's out of range. Sometimes it's lame like that.

Luckily I haven't lost a chest this way (knock on wood), but I can see how it could easily happen.
