if u go to n.w part of nek, there is a group of paladin npc's Order of marr i believe..talk to the dwarf npc he will give u a quest to collect scout reports, grey con quest..instance is directly behind waterfall, once u do that quest u can buy faction items and get the "polished metal" armor and wear it since it's lvl 1 cloth
