Default When to get rid of proc gear?

Hey everyone,
I recently started playing my coercer again and leveled it up to 80 but I am at a dilemna. I have many pieces of proc gear inluding orb of the invoker, BCG, necromantic orb, fitzpizles, thule wrist and necklace of pain. I am a little attached to my procs as they took quite a while to get all of them but I realize that in RoK there are better things and I now have Bangle of Thuuga, Tormented bracelt of Doom and the MC'ed fire emerald orbs etc and was wondering at what point do you switch the proc gear out for items with crit, spell dmg and such. Also, am I right in assuming that the vine wrapped boots aren't really worth wearing anymore because of the way the proc works.

Thanks

There's more detailed information in the gear FACQ I posted, but I can give you a short answer. Although each proc is different, the ones you listed would all be beaten by something around 3 Spell Crit or 80 Spell Damage or some mixture of the two.
