I didn't die too many times learning Chelsith, HoF at lvl 68 took me probably more deaths then that, I know I finished the 2nd half of the zone nude and I went in with like 4 repair kits. Doued it with a wizzy the next day, same amount of deaths, but it took less time.

I can do all the named bar one fisherman and the levi's. Took me like 12 deaths before I managed to work out that with little to no reuse I was gonna need to do it in bursts of stunlock with mezz to fill the gap between.

I've been soloing Chelsith for a month or two now, and I've gone the easier route of Chain Stunning, dpsing hard, then mezzing till my stuns were available again. After watching your video, I really like your method better. I tried it out over the weekend, and I couldn't get my pet to hold aggro in those few seconds where stuns weren't up. As soon as all of my stuns were down, the mob would target me, and nuke me from afar. It looked to me that the mob was always targeting your pet. How did your pet have so much aggro? (I have M1 hate and deaggro buffs which seemed to do little)

Proximity aggro from root will cause the mob to target the nearest attackable mob, if your pet is in melee, that will be it's target, as long as the root is active.

not sure it's been said - but for the veteran soloers that can do the zone in 40 min or so ( clearing all ramps then named ) can probably save 15-20 min pulling to zone ledge.

started to do it out of laziness about a month or 2 ago but now i enjoy it cuz it makes my run just that much quicker.

Nope don't use TS, or PE... most worthless spells we got. Well TS can be useful randomly... sometimes. But PE is and always will be a joke compared to Charm.

On the flip side... yeah pulling to the sides walls is a lot faster and easier... but I can't just give away all my secrets... gawd. lol

For first time solo-ers here, I suggest HIGH Subj and 5 points in charm if you aren't focusing on this already. M1s for stuns / root / daze / silence are important to make the thing now move. Um... perfect your stun cycles, I'd practice on solo mobs first.... just keeping it still, work in the DPS later.

Remember one thing we can do that no one else can is pause the battle and wait for shit to refresh if needed. Well us and Illus, but we don't talk about those in here.
