/agree, normally actual resist rates are 1 ~ 4% off (aka 1 ~ 4% more of a resist % because of DoTs / Reactives)

The point is resist rate isn't worse now.

Well, I had left the game right before LU45 when my main was an Illusionist.

I'd see one resist every 2 pulls in VP.

Now, I see 3-6 resists every pull sometimes. Supposedly the resist rates were changed before I left, but there is a clear difference between then and now.
