Welcome to everyone else's frustration, Bryse. We could say just the mages, but tanks will have to taunt sooner or later!

Yeah, I noticed a lot more resists this weekend on raids as well. We were running two brigs for a change so I had expected less resists overall, so was very frustrating.

This is what happens when scouts complain about hit rates. >___<

it varies imho, i can have Tashiana, Obliterated Psyche, and nullifying staff up and still get multiple resists. Example.. same raid setup..2 different vp runs. One night 93% hit rate, next vp run 98%..and randomly i have same problems in RE2..so who the fuck knows...it's working as intended no doubt.

I liked it better when your skill set was like boosting your spell level. AKA most Disp would help those spell types land, more Subj would help those spell types land, blah blah blah...

Now it's almost pointless to get more skill points just because they do so little unless in HUGE numbers.

/agree

Until recently having more or less 450 subjication I got like no resists on yellow mobs with mez/stun. Now all I get is resist, resist, resist. Same with roughly the same amount of disruption and resists. Its almost impossible for me to land hostage anywhere but coa/voes.

Went in MC on my illy with master mezzes/aa enhancements and got 4/5 resists on mezzes. My coercer gets like 7/8 resists. /sad chanter.

I haven't noticed any real change in resist rate recently. Looking at ACT, these are my hit rates since Monday:

95.42% - VP (first fived named plus trash)
94.34% - RE2
95.79% - Maidens
97.4% - Venril Sathir's Lair
96.31% - Temple of Kor-Sha (PUR with no dirges or briggy)
99.96% - Shard of Fear
95.82% - RE2
96.17% - Maidens
96.75% - Vaults

My disruption skill is typically in the 440-450 range. I do think having high disruption, subjugation, and ordination helps a lot. My ordination skill is only 418 or so, and I really notice the difference when I try to stick spells like anesthesia to high level mobs.

Remember though, if you're taking hit rates straight off of ACT without any modification for dots, it counts every dot's hit as a hit, skewing actual hit rates upwards.
